Based upon documents found it appears that in the late 1980’S DP purchased the SUDS PUB, INC., a bar business by means of an unrecorded Contract Agreement, using JOHN C CHAREST as the owner for the purpose of obtaining a liquor license.

Suds Pub violated liquor license and Village was going to revoke liquor license.

Apparently, DP filed cause of action lawsuit against Village of Montgomery
Apparently, DP entered into Contract Agreement to purchase Suds Pub by Blue Lightning Corp.; got a loan, took ownership for liquor license in his own name and was Registered Agent. At the June 26, 2000 Board meeting, mutual agreement was made and everything dismissed. Standoff avoided...

He gets her voicemail.
