2007-11-15 00:00 Dr. Micheal Baden, Forensic pathologist autopsy comments Baden says homicide -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated 11/18/2007 "Former New York City chief medical examiner Dr. Michael Baden said he analyzed [Kathleen] Savio's remains Friday [11/16/2007] at the request of her relatives, who disagree with an earlier ruling that her death was an accident. He concluded she died after a struggle, and her body was placed in the bathtub where she was found. "I'm convinced she was the victim of a murder. 'Who done it' is up to the police to resolve," Baden said in a telephone interview." - "The state's attorney's office allowed Baden to use the county morgue for his work, and a state's attorney's investigator attended the autopsy, spokesman Charles Pelkie said."- [11/18/2007 "Vigil asks: Where is our Stacy"]

Investigators did the same thing Friday night, neighbors said, and had been out in the same Walnut Trails subdivision about two weeks ago, circulating a photo of Stacy Peterson and asking neighbors if they had seen her recently." 2007-11-18 00:00 PM Rick Mims on Nancy Grace Show -- RICK MIMS: "Sunday [11/18/2007], me and Jon Leiberman from "America`s Most Wanted," we`re going up, flying all day. We`ve got some high-resolution digital cameras we`re taking up with us. We`re really going to search some areas that me and Drew flew over and some areas that he frequented. And mainly, keep Stacy`s picture in the news. Keep the story alive." [11/16/2007 NANCY GRACE "Peterson`s Second Wife Tells Similar Tale of Control and Threats"]
2007-11-18 00:00 Stacy Peterson called Rossetto three weeks before she dissapeared Stacy dated Rossetto's twin brother years ago "A police source said Rossetto and Peterson, 23, were romantically involved, but Rossetto insisted they were not. He said he only knew her because his twin brother and a friend had dated Peterson years ago, before she married former Bolingbrook police Sgt. Drew Peterson." - "All of a sudden she called me once out of the blue about three weeks before she disappeared," Rossetto said. "That was the first contact in six years I had with her. She said she was just going through some stuff and just found my phone number. The two exchanged messages, but never made plans to meet, he said. "We were friends," Rossetto said. "We talked every once in a while. But that's it." Police tracked down Rossetto through phone and text messages" [11/18/2007 "Police check Shorewood area for Stacy connection"]
2007-11-18 00:00 Scott Rossetto Is he being framed for Stacy's disappearance? -- "Investigators in the disappearance of Stacy Peterson have turned an eye to a Shorewood man from her past she reached out to just three weeks before she vanished. Searches and canvasses have been conducted in the area around the home of 35-year-old Scott Rossetto, and authorities have called him before a grand jury this week, he said. A police source, however, said investigators do not count him as a suspect in Peterson's disappearance. Instead, the source said investigators have speculated that Peterson's body might have been dumped near Rossetto's home in an effort to frame him as the killer." America's Most Wanted featured Stacy Missing story
"Ric Mims [former friend of Drew Peterson] revealed a secret to us with potential major ramifications. He told us when Kathleen Savio was found dead in the bathtub that Drew [Peterson] told the cops he had an alibi."
RIC MIMS: "He [Drew Peterson] mentioned to me that he was with the kids and that Stacy was his alibi. 'I told him sucks to be you now because Stacy's gone and they're re-opening the case.' I mean if she ran away, and that's your alibi, you're kind of screwed."

A man named Mike Robinson is probably the "mysterious" subject who helped DP carry out the blue barrel. His (mike Robinson)brother was a small time drug dealer for many years in Bolingbrook and never got caught due to the fact that him and his brother were very good friends with DP. Mike Robinson and his brother Paul know alot about what is going on and possibly even know exactly what happened." [11/25/2007 "Mysterious Barrel Enters Peterson Investigation"]

Day 44 - Monday, December 10, 2007
Greta: On The Record
VAN SUSTEREN: "He [Drew] actually confessed to her to having killed Kathleen Savio?" SCHORI: "Yes." Pastor Schori met Stacy at a coffee shop -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- She told him Drew killed Kathleen. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Drew left voice mail with Schori same night to set up meet with him ILL NEIL SCHORI, PASTOR STACY CONFIDED IN: "Well, I try not to push people into an area that they're uncomfortable, and I gave her [Stacy] I gave her an out. I said, If you'd like to share it with me, I'm here to hear it, I said, but there's no pressure. You don't have to feel like you have to share anything you're not comfortable with. So if you are if you are comfortable, please share it. And we talked about various other things, and then she blurted out the reason."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEIL SCHORI: "I believed, unfortunately, that it was exactly what I thought, and I believed that it was related to the death of his wife. But I clarified, and I said, He did what? And she said, He killed Kathleen. And I was really blown away. I was reeling inside."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEIL SCHORI: "I asked for more specific things. She gave me details that I really can't share. But I just got her talking about it and asked her what this is a crazy amount of information. Again, I asked her, What exactly can I do with this? Why did you tell me? I asked her if she had ever told anyone else. She said at the time [August 2007], she had never told another person."

Day 48 - Friday, December 14, 2007
Greta: On The Record Greta Van Susteren and Mark Furhman Greta's followup on Pastor Schori was that Peterson told Stacy the "very night" he killed Kathleen ILL MARK FUHRMAN, FORMER LAPD HOMICIDE DETECTIVE: Greta I'll start at the beginning. We have to take ourselves back to February 29, 2004, that Sunday night into the early morning hours of March 1st, that was a Monday. Now Kathleen Savio was found Monday night at 11:17 p.m. almost midnight. Just prior to that we heard on Monday [12/10/2007], we heard Pastor Schori tell you that Stacy actually confided in him that Drew Peterson had actually confessed that he killed Kathleen and of course you followed up then and he said Stacy told him that very night [Sunday 02/29/2004 - Monday 03/01/2004]. Now I've got sources that later in the week we found out she woke up in the middle of the night and there were numerous times she tried to find Drew in the house and she couldn't find him. She yelled out for him, she called him on the cell phone numerous times, described in almost excessively, he never answered. Where was Drew?" "I believe it's absolutely corroborated that Stacy told Pastor Schori that day [August 2007] that in that time when she finally found Drew in the house [03/01/2004], she heard him, he was downstairs by the washing machine, she saw him, he was standing there in all black, stripping down and putting his clothes into the washing machine. He also had a bag in his hand that he emptied that was woman's clothes and he looks at her and he starts telling her, explaining to her in several hours the police are going to be here and they are going to ask a lot of questions and I'm going to tell you what to say. It will be a perfect crime." - "We know several things about her [Kathleen], she didn't wear jewelry in the bathtub, she didn't wear it in the shower and she didn't wear it swimming because she felt she had a reaction on her skin when it was wet. She didn't have her hair down."

Post made by Caroline on myspace page: Jan 1 2008 2:20 PM I met Stacy on a cruise Aug 2006..the formal seating arrangement. Stacy went on and on to all of us at the table ( 3 couples ) about how even to go on vacation was very difficult for her, that sometimes she felt like she had anxiety attacks from missing her children even though she knew they were well taken care of and that she would not be away for long. By the end of the week long cruise, everyone at the table knew about her children, about why she chose Lacy as a name for her little girl, and we all had seen pictures..It was more than obvious that the children were HER LIFE, and I pray that she is found and that those responsible will pay their dues. Everything ALWAYS comes around full circle-Anyone with 1/4 of a brain knows that. Stacy was a very sweet and kind person, she nor her children deserved such a tragedy. God Bless You. profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fus....endid=275540957

Well until I know if this is Admin speaking here I'm going to add it and we will hash this out later. This is just a portion of the entire Transcript. NANCY GRACE Aired December 13, 2007 - 20:00:00 ET ANTHONY LAATZ, STACY PETERSON FAMILY FRIEND: I don`t believe that has happened. I`m sure it`s just another ploy to discredit Stacy and her personality. LALAMA: Was she in the habit of running around on a motorcycle with a bikini top? LAATZ: Not that I know of. LALAMA: And what about the gun, Anthony, and this firing of the gun in the house? LAATZ: I don`t believe that she would have fired the gun. She wasn`t all that interested in playing with guns. LALAMA:You know what, Anthony? Let me interrupt right there, did she ever say to you, I have a fascination with guns? LAATZ: No. LALAMA: All right. So, is this all a big surprise to you to hear this? LAATZ: Yes, it is. ----------- LALAMA: And, Steve Carcerano, I mean, Anthony is saying this is just not true. CARCERANO: Well, here`s the thing, here`s the thing. She has driven her motorcycle more than one occasion in our subdivision with a bikini top on. So that`s one. Two. LALAMA: Have you seen. CARCERANO: . she had a firearms card (ph). LALAMA: Steve, have you seen her -- did you see her in her bikini? CARCERANO: Absolutely. I had seen her at the end of September pull- up in front of my house. I had a 25-minute conversation with her with her bikini top on. Not only that though, she did have an arms card that was licensed with the state in terms of the gun. So you know, maybe her sister Cassandra might have known about that. Maybe this Anthony doesn`t know that. ---------- LALAMA: Well, we commend your loyalty. Anthony Laatz for Stacy, last few seconds here, what`s happening with the family right now? How are you doing around the holidays? LAATZ: The family`s handling it pretty well, despite the situation that`s in front of them. They`re staying strong through this dilemma. LALAMA: Have you seen the kids? Has anyone seen the kids? LAATZ: I do know that Cassandra did see the kids shortly a couple days after Thanksgiving. But that`s the only time that I know of. LALAMA: Oh, bless all of those children and hope the best for them these holidays. tinyurl.com/2y247j

Anthony Laatz, a close friend of Stacy Peterson's and her family, said those looking for the missing mother-of-two are optimistic about the new developments in the case. "We're definitely excited," Laatz told ABC News from the house of Sharon Bychowski, Drew and Stacy Peterson's neighbor, where the searchers gathered Saturday night after spending the day searching for signs of Stacy in the blistering cold. "The fact that the police is releasing [this information] means they're getting close to something," Laatz said. abcnews.go.com/US/Story?id=3941571&page=1

Meanwhile, a site for Stacy Peterson, FindStacyPeterson.com, began accepting donations for volunteer searchers for her. The money would be used to pay for food, gas and lodging for searchers, as well as for fliers, sonar equipment and airplane rentals and fuel. The Web site has drawn a lot of traffic since it was launched, said Anthony Laatz, site administrator. About 100,000 people visit a day, he said. tinyurl.com/28d74y

"I do think there was foul play," family insider Anthony Laatz told ABC News. "Stacy wouldn't just disappear and not call Cassandra. They were very close. They talked all the time." Laatz said he hoped Sunday's search would yield information as to Stacy's location. "That's why we're searching, to find something that will lead us to Stacy," Laatz said. Two page article; this info is on page 2: Stacy Cales was just 16 years old when she met Drew Peterson, according to her sister, Cassandra Cales. She had recently graduated high school a year early and was working the night shift as a receptionist at a local hotel. "He was a gentleman, I guess," said Cales of Stacy's early relationship with Drew. "He bought her an apartment, furnished it, paid for everything -- TVs, VCRs, Kirby vacuum. You name it, she had it." abcnews.go.com/US/Story?id=3882766&page=1
