Carcerano said the locksmith and Drew were at Kathleen's house when he got there. ILL STEVE CARCERANO, DREW PETERSON'S NEIGHBOR: "That night I, was coming home from work. It was about 9:00, 9:30, and I was coming down the street. And Drew was accosting (ph) me on the street. He actually stopped me and said, I need you to go to the house in the next 10 to 15 minutes. I have a locksmith coming over there. Mary, her friend, he contacted to go over there. He said he he`d been trying to drop off the kids for the past day-and- a-half and she hasn`t been responding. So I pulled up in the driveway, and I went nest door to get Mary, and then we proceeded over to the house. And the locksmith and Drew were there. The locksmith opened up the door. Mary and I went up the stairs. Drew stayed downstairs by the door. And Mary`s husband and son went into the (INAUDIBLE) to see if the car was there. We went up the stairs and went into the bedroom. Mary veered off to the right and went to the bed because the covers were kind of puffed up, ruffled over, and I went into the closet ..." - "And then I went into the bathroom, and that`s when I noticed a balloon-type object in the tub"
Accosting? How many people use this word? Does anyone here use this? I don't. Sounds to me like someone has been talking to a cop and has been trained on what to say.

Steve Carcerano: Kathy was always angry with Drew when Stacy came into play. She would be complaining about the age thing a lot. And you know, I even pulled her aside a couple of times and said "It doesn't really matter about the age Kathy, whether she's 18 or whether she's 28 or 42. You know he found somebody else." today.msnbc.msn.com/id/22316689/page/5/

Regarding young Nick Ponterilli's age. From the 07/18/2002 police report that Kathleen filed, the report mentions Nick as age 12 at that time. And if he's now listed as graduating in the class of 2008 that "scooter" found in the facebook site, then I would think he's 18 now or going to be 18 this year. ============================= Reference: 07/18/2002 police report transcript: www.acandyrose.com/kathleen_savio_071802PoliceReport.htm"Kathleen advised that she again told him to go, he said that he would go when he wanted and then he looked out the window. He thew one of her garage door openers down and he left the residence. She then called her attorney Harris Smith, her friend Steve Maniaci, her sister Susie Lizak and her neighbor Mary Ponterilli. She advised that her attorney advised her to file a report but she was afraid to file because she believed Drew was unstable and had warned her that if she called anyone he would deny it. During the time of the incident Kathleen advised that three times the telephone rang but Drew would not allow her to answer it. Those calls she later learned were from her sister Susan Lizak, the next door neighbor child, 12-year-old Nicki and her friend Steve Maniaci"

The transcript I did that from that I have at the link below was transcribed directly off the .pdf file that was downloaded from the MSNBC web site the night the Dateline show was on covering Stacy Peterson case. I'm not sure if the link is still there but that's where I got it and although there was nothing BLACKED out from what was in the .pdf file available but it looked as though part of the file was missing, perhaps the last page or even more. There have been so many stories about who was at KS house the night of her discovery. Many wondering who was the locksmith was that was called. I know I've searched many articles and videos to see if there was a clue. Then I found this article from nbc5. It's from Nov 8, 2007. The article is still posted on their website. tinyurl.com/2chtp4I didn't remember hearing the part about the locksmith before. Here's the article. Neighbor Who Found Savio Speaks Out Carcerano: 'It Was Something I'll Never Forget' POSTED: 10:13 pm CST November 8, 2007 UPDATED: 11:07 pm CST November 8, 2007 CHICAGO -- A man who said he was there when a Bolingbrook police sergeant found his third wife dead in a bathtub told his story to NBC5's Anna Davlantes Thursday. Kathleen Savio, who was married to Sgt. Drew Peterson, was found dead in a bathtub of the couple's home shortly before their divorce became final. Savio's family has said it wanted the case to be reopened. With the disappearance of Peterson's wife, Stacy, authorities have turned their attention to Savio. Questions have mounted about whether Savio's death was truly accidental. At the inquest, Savio's sister testified that her sister told her "if she should die, it may look like an accident, but it wasn't. "She was terrified of him. He always threatened her." Steve Carcerano, who was Peterson's neighbor when he was married to Savio, said finding the body would be forever fused into his memory. "It's something you'd see in a movie; it was something I'll never forget," he said. Peterson has summoned his neighbor to the house, because Peterson said he hadn't heard from his estranged wife in nearly two days, Davlantes reported. Peterson told Carcerano, who was a locksmith and was going to be at the house soon, to open up the house and see what was going on. "I went from the closet to the bathroom," Carcerano said. "It looked like there was a rubber exercise ball or something in the whirlpool. When I looked down, it was Kathy. She was naked -- she was dead -- hair over her face." Carcerano, who said Peterson was steps behind him when the body was discovered in the home that Savio and Peterson owned, described Peterson's reaction when he saw Savio's body. "He ran upstairs and upon seeing her, he just broke down and started screaming, 'Oh my God, oh my God! What am I gonna tell my kids?'" Carcerano said The Will County coroner is challenging the accidental ruling (no comma) and said in a statement on Wednesday that "certain aspects of Kathleen Savio's death raised concerns for me as well. In my professional opinion, having served at the time as the coroner for 14 years, it was my opinion that, at the very least, her death should have been ruled 'undetermined.'" Carcerano said he has never thought twice about Savio's death being ruled accidental, until now. "It certainly makes you think," he said. "I'm not going to sit here and lie about it." Davlantes reported that official records document a history of alleged abuse in the marriage, and Savio's family said it would like to have her body exhumed to allow the coroner to reinvestigate her cause of death.

MARY PONTARELLI. Husband is Tom and son is Nick. This is the Mary that found KS in the tub along with Steve C.
Look it up. Search the records. I already did. peplefinders.com for Thomas A. Pontarelli, Maria and son Nick.
This was actually said by AMY the mod over at Stacy's site, so I just brought it here. Trying to keep track of everything at this point, making sure that it's a direct hit on info.
Not sure who that person would be??
In case it hasn't been clarified yet, Steve's wife goes by Mary. The Mary that is referred to often is Steve's wife (and Kathleen's best friend).

On an address search for Steve Carcerano, there's a Mark A. Carcerano. CARCERANO, STEVEN J (Age 39) BOLINGBROOK, IL DOWNERS GROVE, IL DARIEN, IL Possible Relatives: CARCERANO, MARGHERITA M (Age 39) CARCERANO, MARK A (Age 44) Um, did I just find an inconsistancy in what Steve C has said about how they found Kathleen, or am I beginning to go nuts reading too much? CARCERANO: Sure. I was coming back from work that evening and I saw Drew in the subdivision. He pulled up to my car and asked me to go to the house in about 10, 15 minutes, he was going to have a locksmith come to the house and her best friend, my neighbor, was also going to be there, and I pulled up in the driveway and went and got her best friend. We went over there. The locksmith opened up the door and her best friend's husband went towards the garage to see if the car was there. Her best friend and I went up the stairs, she checked the bed area. The covers were kind of ruffled over. I went into the closet and then I proceed to go into the bathroom, I noticed an exercise ball or a balloon, and as I walked back towards the back of the bathroom, I found Kathy lying naked... GIBSON: But, why did Drew stay outside? Why didn't he go into that house? CARCERANO: Well, I think one of the reasons was they were having — it was kind of a difficult divorce battle, and he knew that she wouldn't want him to be in the house if she was there when we went in, for whatever reason. You know, I have to say that upon me finding her and yelling out for her best friend's name, who was in the bedroom at the time, at that point, she came in and saw Kathy, and she started screaming. Drew did come up the stairs immediately, came into the bathroom, started screaming right away, and you know, "What am I going to tell my kids, what am I going to tell my kids," very distraught, very emotional. I was the first person. I looked directly into his eyes, and I seen somebody who was very emotional, right away. GIBSON: Steve at this point, do you think it was a real accident or the — a cop cover-up? CARCERANO: Well, I think some of the stuff that's been said — I was the first person to find her. I didn't notice any blood in her hair. I keep hearing that there was, you know, blood drenched hair. Some of the other abrasions on her certainly were — they were found. I didn't look in those areas, but, you know... GIBSON: Steve Carcerano, a neighbor and a friend of Drew Peterson's. Steve, thanks very much, we appreciate it. origin.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,310736,00.html Steve Carcerano: And Drew happened to come down the street. And pulled up next to me in his squad car. And he thinks something might be wrong because he's gone trying to drop off the kids for the past day and a half. And that's not like Kathy not to be there when the kids were being dropped off. Drew had a locksmith open the door to the house -- he says nobody had a key. He asked Steve and another neighbor, Mary, to go upstairs and look for Kathy while he waited below. Steve Carcerano: And we went up there and what we found it's something that I’ll never forget. He saw her when he entered the bathroom. Steve Carcerano: I looked towards the back of the bathroom. There was a balloon type object. And as I walked closer to it, it was Kathy laying there naked. Mary started screaming. Drew came running up. Hoda Kotb: What did you see? Drew Peterson: She was in a dry bathtub. And I believe I remember her laying face down and her hair was wet. But I don't remember any blood soaked hair, or anything like that. Hoda Kotb: Because the, I think the initial police report mentions there was a gash on her-- Drew Peterson: I didn't see that. Hoda Kotb: An inch-long gash. Drew Peterson: I didn't see that. Steve Carcerano saw Drew rush in. Steve Carcerano: What Drew immediately did upon entering the bathroom is he checked her pulse. And then he started screaming out, "What am I going to tell my children? What am I going to tell my children?" And very distraught. You know, I looked right into his eyes. And he got very emotional, very quickly. And then he called the police department. The Bolingbrook force handed the investigation over to the Illinois state police and a coroner's jury later ruled Kathy’s death an accidental drowning -- despite the facts that didn't seem to fit: the empty bathtub, the bruises on Kathy’s body. But that's where things stood until Stacy disappeared this fall. www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22316689/page/5/

Just a general question. Evidence points to the fact that Steve C. was involved in covering up at least in Kathleens death but no-one seems to want to entertain theory that someone that owns a medical transport for shipping patients and bodies would be involved in covering up or assisting in Stacy's demise. Whats up with that? He just lives a few blocks from Drew also
